Refund Policy

At Global Alliance Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality tuition services. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following refund policy applies to all enrolments:

Fees & Payments

  • All tuition fees must be paid in advance before classes begin.

  • Fees are charged on a monthly or term basis, depending on the selected programme.

Refunds

  • Once enrolment is confirmed and classes have started, fees are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes, holidays, illness, or personal commitments.

Trial Sessions

  • If a trial session is offered, parents must decide on continuing tuition immediately after the trial.

  • Once regular classes commence, standard fees apply and are non-refundable.

Centre Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by the tuition centre, a replacement class will be provided. If a replacement is not possible, a credit may be issued at the centre’s discretion.

Notice of Withdrawal

  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to withdraw a student from tuition.

  • Fees already paid during the notice period are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
