    Attendance Expectations

    • Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually.

    • Parents must inform the centre in advance if a student is unable to attend.

    • Missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons are not refundable.

    • Repeated unexplained absences may result in withdrawal from tuition services.

    Late Arrivals

    • Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time without compensation.

    Make-Up Classes

    • Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of management.
